A suspect in a racist attack near Paris was transferred to a psychiatric unit.
A shooter suspected of killing one person and wounding five others on Friday in the town of Trappes, near Paris, has been suspended from police custody for a 48-hour psychiatric observation, anti-terror prosecutors said on Sunday. The 39-year-old man is believed to have been racially motivated behind the gun attack as most of the victims were of foreign origin.
