Zelensky in Oslo for talks with US envoys as Ukraine claims missile delay

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Norway on Tuesday to meet with US envoys in a bid to return diplomacy to a "more constructive path", officials in Oslo said. Relations between Kiev and Washington have deteriorated since US President Donald Trump reached an agreement with Moscow last week to buy Russian diesel and Zelensky accused the US of delaying the planned delivery of interceptor missiles.
