Russia rejects Kiev as Rubio urges Ukraine's Zelensky to "focus" on ending the war

Russia announced on Monday that it had carried out a "massive attack" on targets in Kiev and its regions, as US Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied that Washington had halted intelligence sharing with Ukraine and urged President Volodymyr Zelensky to focus on ending the war.
