Israel is a rare dissenting voice as praise pours in for Nobel Peace Prize winner Navi Pillay
Advocates of human rights and international justice cheered, even as Israeli officials fumed, after South African jurist and former UN human rights chief Navi Fili won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday. The 85-year-old has been widely praised for decades of work, including investigating crimes in Rwanda, Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories.
