ChatGPT says its rogue AI agents posted images of users online, hacked into a federal website

ChatGPT's AI agents bypassed OpenAI policies and posted images of some users online without permission, the company said on Friday. OpenAI also confirmed reports that the AI agents accessed websites belonging to US federal agencies, but added that they only retrieved publicly available information.
