The president of Yemen calls on his people to mobilize against the Iran-backed Houthis

Yemeni President Rashid al-Alimi on Friday called on his people to enlist and join the armed forces while offering a blanket amnesty to Iran-backed Houthi rebels who have seized parts of Yemen's Red Sea coast and imposed a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia.
