EU releases €6.6 billion for companies arming Ukraine as five killed in Kiev

European Union countries have agreed to release 6.6 billion euros from a fund designed to return member states that supplied weapons to Ukraine, said today (Friday) the head of the European Union's foreign policy, Kaja Kalas. At least five people were killed in Russian attacks on Kyiv earlier today, according to local authorities.
