Yemeni news sources reported Monday that one of the senior field commanders of mercenaries affiliated with Saudi Arabia was killed during the conflict with the Yemeni army. These sources announced that this leader was killed in the west of the city of Taiz, his name was "Abd al-Basit al-Naqib" who is one of the natives of Taiz. Al-Naqib was the commander of the battalion called "Rapid Reaction in the 17th Brigade". He is one of the top commanders of Saudi mercenaries in Taiz. The media close to the Saudi mercenaries also confirmed his death and said that al-Naqib was killed on the "al-Zabab" front in western Gaza.
