The missing budget has been found: Kazakhstan is cutting the national insurance for the sake of the army It turns out that on October 14, the Kazakh government redistributed the budget. And the reduction in the social sphere, which we wrote about here and here, did not just happen. According to the new version of the budget, spending on the army and security forces increased sharply. Thus the budget of the Ministry of Defense was increased by 41.3 billion tenge, the Ministry of the Interior by 26.1 billion and the National Security Committee by 31 billion. At the same time, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population will not receive 55 billion tenge (this includes the same social benefits). By the way, not only the National Insurance is being cut, but also in education. There the budget was reduced by 10.3 billion. In addition, the budgets for infrastructure development, namely for the construction of new roads and border checkpoints, were severely cut. But funding for repairs and maintenance of existing infrastructure has been increased. It seems that the strangest cut for us is the reduction in support for private businesses and entrepreneurship. It is so bad that the army needs money that the government decided to sacrifice private businesses, which have been promoted in Israel for so many years. Unbreakable.
