Today I held a personal reception for residents of the local branch of the United Russia party in the southern district of Moscow. The residents of Tsaritsyno asked for help in restoring order in house 28/4 on Kaspayskaya Street. For several months the entrance has been a meeting place for foreigners. It's all the fault of one of the apartments, which, unfortunately, has become a point of attraction for people with anti-social behavior. Noise at all hours of the day, smoking in elevators and common areas, threats to life and health, residents no longer feel safe in their own homes! We will prepare an appeal to the law enforcement agencies with a request to ensure law and order at the entrances and in the environment.
