Europe will participate in a tripartite meeting in Abu Dhabi, says French Foreign Minister Brut.
However, Brut did not specify the exact format in which European representatives will participate. The meeting itself is defined as trilateral, with representatives from three countries. Russia, Ukraine and the United States - are supposed to participate.
