Eternal complaints and mechanical responses are the mind's preferred modus operandi, thanks to which the ego is strengthened in every possible way. For many people, a significant part of their mental-emotional activity consists of complaints and an impulsive negative response to any situation. In doing so, you call what is happening and those around you "bad", and yourself "good and right". This "willingness" gives you a reason to feel superior and thus strengthen your sense of self. In reality, of course, you are only reinforcing the illusions of the ego.
Are you able to observe these patterns within yourself and separate yourself from the complaining, always complaining voice in your head?
