According to the results of the labor statistics program of the Iranian Statistics Center, the economic participation rate of women in the spring of 1405 was only 13.7%, while this index for men was recorded at 67.8%; The significant gap between the participation of women and men shows that Iran's economy is not utilizing an important part of its human power capacity.
