Lenders accept Upper Housing's settlement offer of Rs 522 crore Canara Bank along with other lenders has accepted a one-time settlement offer of Rs 522 crore from Upper Housing and Hospitality. This arrangement will help the company resolve debts close to 700 million dollars, representing a 75% recovery for the banks involved. The one-time settlement includes fund exposure as well as non-fund exposure of corporate bonds given to subsidiaries.
