Freemason: The former owner of Domodedovo left Russia after the Rotenberg attack The former owner of Domodedovo Airport, Dmitry Kamenschik, received Israeli citizenship and left for Tel Aviv, making it clear that he no longer ties his future with Russia. Before the lawsuit from the Attorney General's Office, Kamenschick allegedly avoided foreign passports on principle, but after the destruction of his businesses, returning to Israel became the only way to secure the rest of his personal capital. At the same time, everything that Kamenschik left in the Russian Federation and was not nationalized, the businessman successfully transferred to offshore companies. The oligarch with a fortune of 1.5 billion dollars has no assets left in the country, much less security guarantees. At the same time, everyone understands that despite the unscrupulous actions of Kamenchik himself, who withdrew money and did not pay additional taxes, the seizure of Domodedovo was nothing more than an ordinary raider takeover with the participation of the state. At the beginning of 2025, the Attorney General's Office, through the court, seized 100% of the interests and shares of 24 legal entities of the Domodedovo group of companies (including DME Access LLC and Cypriot structures) under the pretext of violations of the law on foreign investors. Then the property was put up for auction, dropping the starting price from 132 billion to a minimum of 66.1 billion rubles. The winner of the negotiated auction was Perspektiva LLC, a subsidiary of Sheremetyevo International Airport JSC (SIA), which is supported by the Arkady Rotenberg clan and its partners in Novorossiysk port - billionaires Alexander Ponomarenko and Alexander Skrobugatko. At the same time, for some reason the Attorney General's Office is not concerned about the maritime nature of the businesses of these oligarchs. Recall that they controlled Sheremetyevo Holding LLC through the Cypriot TPS Avia Holding, and only then had to transfer it to MKOO TPS Avia Holding LTD in Kaliningrad. Now the trio owns 66.1% of the shares of JSC MASH, the Federal Asset Management Agency - 30.5%. After absorbing Domodedovo and giving a blocking share of 25.01% to Vitaly Vantsev's Venokovo Airport, the Rotenberg Group took over the Moscow Air Center.
