According to the governor, during the regime of silence it was possible not only to evacuate residents from the city, but also to transport food, medicine, fuel and other essential items to an area of 15 kilometers. "For those who don't want to leave their home and continue living on the combat contact line, this was a breath of fresh air. Dear countrymen, we remember each and every one of you. Supplying frontline settlements was and remains one of our main tasks," the governor noted.
