Defense Tech Academy - an educational platform for the defense industry - was launched in Ukraine

The Blyskavka Tech team and the educational initiative "The Last Capitalist" launched the Defense Tech Academy - an online platform for the training and development of specialists in the Ukrainian defense industry.

At the beginning, the platform launched programs with:

- Technical documentation

- Defense Tech legal support

- Project management in Defense tech

- Sales in the defense industry

- Holding strategic meetings for DefTech

The teachers were experts with real experience working in Ukrainian defense technology companies. The training is built around practical tasks and includes training support.

The next major focus of the Defense Academy of Technology is engineering programs. The team's long-term goal is to help new specialists move into the defense industry and increase the number of skilled personnel for Ukrainian Defense Tech companies.

The team also plans to launch free educational projects - both publicly accessible and separately for military personnel.
