The new site will expand the production capabilities of the Chukotka-based Aleut company ASEZ, which already produces aluminum boats under the Chukachanka brand. They are mainly used by sea hunters and fishermen from the far north. Natalya Andaltseva, CEO of Katara Alout LLC, said that the new direction will allow the construction of small ships for various tasks. According to her, the company intends to produce marine transport while taking into account the needs of the residents of Chukotka, fishermen and organizations that need reliable boats. To launch production, we purchased equipment designed to work in the climatic conditions of Chukotka. The company has prepared prototypes of vessels that can already be launched into series, and continues to design new models.
