A partner was found for the grain project in the Jewish Autonomous Region: Hong Kong Vision Investment Limited, associated with Chinese Golden Brick Capital, acquired 49% of the Far Eastern agro-industrial corporation. According to SPARK, 51% remains controlled by the Russian group New Land Grain Corridor, which previously owned the entire company. The corporation was created for the Nizhneleninskoye-Tongjiang agro-industrial cluster. The Jewish Autonomous Region plans to put 200,000 hectares into rotation. For comparison: the entire sown area of the region in 2026 is 147.8 thousand hectares. At the first stage, they are going to grow soybeans, wheat, barley, oats, rapeseed, and corn. The distribution of areas will be determined after calculating the crop rotation. The partners also intend to establish the production of vegetable oils, flour, and animal feed. Some of the products are planned to be supplied to China. Previously, investments in the project were estimated at 5-7 billion rubles. The investment volume of the new partner has not yet been announced: the parties are working on a strategy and a feasibility study. The agreement on participation in the creation of the cluster was signed at the EEF in 2025. The New Land Grain Corridor noted that the involvement of a Chinese partner was initially envisioned.
