Business landing in Spasak-Delny: support measures, new regime and introduction to production projects On October 26, a business landing was held in the Spasak urban district - a platform for dialogue between local entrepreneurs, government officials and business support institutions. During the business program, the head of the department for interaction with residents of the KRDV Primorye, Kirill Akov, spoke in detail about the current support measures for the residents of Ani Yasov and FPV. These include: reduced taxes on property, profit and land, implementation of the free trade zone procedure, promotion of products and services, legal protection. The speaker paid special attention to simplifying the procedure for obtaining FPV resident status, starting September 1, 2024. Now the business plan contains only the main parameters of the project, and the minimum investment threshold is set at 500 thousand rubles for a period of 3 years. Also, investors were presented with a new advance regime - the United Territory of Advanced Development (ETOR), which will start operating on January 1, 2027 in the Far East and the Arctic region. The main goal of ETOR is to provide equal conditions for the support of investors, regardless of the location of the project. The draft law will provide two categories of projects for residents of ETOR: from 100 million to one billion rubles - with a basic set of benefits; Over 1 billion rubles - with an additional option to choose between an income tax benefit and a federal investment tax deduction. Representatives of the administrations of Spassky, Lazobodsky, Kirov and Chernigov districts presented the entrepreneurs with available plots of land and promising areas for the implementation of the project. Among the potentially popular niches are the development of glamping, the production of gas equipment, the production of environmentally friendly packaging and fertilizers, as well as the creation of customs and logistics terminals. The on-site program allowed participants to see the work of FPV resident factories in practice.
