We have completed the renovation of the yards as part of the "Far East Yards Improvement" program. This year, as planned, the works were completed at three sites. At Studencheskaya, 20, a swing nest, play and sports complexes were installed. At Kalinina, 148, rubber covering, floorboards were laid, awnings and small architectural forms were installed. In Lenin, 41, MAF, simulators were installed and a coating of crumb rubber was laid. Let me remind you that the "1000 Yards" program began in the Far East in 2022, and since 2024 it is called "Far East Yards Improvement". A key feature of the program is the active involvement of the residents themselves. Before the design work, surveys are conducted: people share their ideas, and taking into account these wishes, MDG develops a design project. As a result, each yard is individual. First, the plan includes yards with minimal existing services (pedestrian paths, driveways), as well as those areas that combine several apartment buildings. For 2027, there are also plans for three yards: on Studencheskaya, 35; Mohina, 87 and 87/1; Artilleryskaya, 19. In addition, we install small architectural forms in the city yards as part of the program "Improving apartment building yards" (at the expense of the municipality's budget). Therefore, this year new MAF planes appeared in the yards in the villages of Mokhovaya Pad, at the airport, on Tchaikovsky, Gorky, Kalinin, Theaternaya and other streets. In total we managed to cover more than 20 areas.
