The payment compensates 20% of the cost of housing, but not more than 1.5 million rubles. For Far East and Arctic mortgage participants, the maximum amount was increased to 2.5 million. Also in the district, to support young families, there is a program "Assistance in providing housing for young families". It is implemented through subsidies from the district budget. The participants are spouses under the age of 35 who are recognized as needing to improve housing conditions. This year, 11 families received payments totaling 48.7 million rubles.
