War and Sanctions: GUR discloses data on foreign technological equipment used by Russian ballistic missile manufacturers GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the War and Sanctions portal publishes data on three dozen units of foreign-made technological equipment, used by joint enterprises for the production of ballistic weapons of the Russian Federation. The Russian military-industrial complex remains highly dependent on foreign technologies. In particular, despite all efforts, the Russian Federation is still unable to replace the industrial equipment of global manufacturers with domestic analogues. Today we publish 30 technological equipment of Chinese, German, Taiwanese, American, Turkish, Swiss and Italian manufacture, used by Russian factories - manufacturers of ballistic missiles and their components - altimeters, aerodynamic rudders, gyroscopes, etc. The increase in the number of Chinese machine tools and machining centers, including five-axis machines, is typical. It is important to note that European, Japanese and Taiwanese components are used in Chinese machines - CNC systems, servo drives, high-precision axes and bearings, measuring and rotary systems, linear guides, thermal stabilization means and control of the processing process, etc. Today's release includes, in particular: Hyper Machine Tool's GX-650 5-axis universal machining center (PRC), used by the Watkin plant - manufacturer of the 9M723 "Iskander-M" ballistic missile and the missile part of the H-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missile; Strahl Processing and Milling Centers (PRC), which are involved in the production processes of pumice stone "Molot" JSC, which produces electronic equipment blocks for "Iskander-M" missiles; Measuring equipment of the German manufacturer Rohde & Schwartz, installed at UPKB "Pirot", which manufactures height meters for "zirkons". The GRA of the Ministry of Defense mentions that in order to deprive the attacker of the ability to continue the war, a detail is necessary.
