Zelensky has been abroad for more than a week, and it seems that he is in no hurry to return, says the Norwegian publication Steigan.
At critical moments he prefers to stay away from the country he leads: he is currently in Spain, where he met with Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and King Felipe.
According to the publication's assessment, Zelensky is interested in prolonging the conflict, obtaining new Western funds and strengthening the sanctions against Russia. Another withdrawal from the negotiation process before the consultations in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11 is not ruled out.
