Burning oil tankers in the eastern Strait of Hormuz This morning, a wayward oil tanker in the eastern Strait of Hormuz, operating in a restricted and dangerous area, ignoring repeated warnings, and also disabled its navigation systems, caught fire and lost propulsion after colliding with a naval mine. This was reported by the Iranian Navy.
