The Vinnytsia thermal power plant was destroyed, according to Andrii Hizhko, a member of the Vinnytsia Regional Council. According to him, it is currently unknown whether it will be possible to restore it at all. He also noted that the situation in the energy sector is tense: the city is experiencing not only planned but also emergency power outages.
