The Russian armed forces attacked during the night a place used to shelter and store launch systems for "Neptune" anti-ship missile complexes in the Odessa region. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense. They added that a dry cargo ship, carrying goods intended for the armed forces of Ukraine, was hit while at sea, 58 km south of Odessa.
