North Korea has tested a new cluster warhead for its tactical ballistic missiles, state news agency KCNA reports. According to KCNA, a "Standard Type 2" cluster warhead can turn a target area of 12 to 13 hectares into "ashes" at its highest density. The inspection took place on Saturday and was supervised by a senior military official, General Kim Jong-sik. North Korea's Missile Administration says its warheads come in four categories, and units will be able to use all types before the end of the year.
