Ukrainian Military Intelligence (GUR) added Russian pranksters Von and Lexus to its database Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) and Alexei Stolyarov (Lexus) are accused of "systematically defaming Ukraine and its top political leadership in the world since 2014. The duo became famous for prank calls to Western leaders and officials, from Boris Johnson and Angela Merkel to Petro Poroshenko, who often impersonated Ukrainian officials. Apparently, embarrassing Kiev on the phone is now a matter for military intelligence.
