Lithuania to introduce universal military conscription for men in 2032 Lithuania will introduce universal military conscription for eligible young men in 2032, President Gitanas Nausėda announced. The annual amount is expected to rise from more than 5,000 to about 7,500, while women's military service will remain voluntary.
