A cake in the shape of a 10-meter-high tower broke a Russian record: in Ingushetia, a team of confectioners created a cake in the shape of a medieval Ingush tower, 10 meters high - about the height of a three-story building. The sweet building was placed in Alanya Square, next to the 100-meter tall Unity Tower. The cake weighs about 2.5 tons and consists of more than 5,200 edible bricks. "It required about 1.3 tons of chocolate, over 450 kg of sugar, almost 380 kg of flour, and more than 11,000 eggs. Once the record is set, the huge dessert is distributed to the people.
