Montenegro is ending visa-free travel for Russians from November 1. A visa will cost around €35 for adults and €17.50 for children under 14, according to the Russian Travel Industry Association. Montenegro is aligning its visa policy with the EU as part of its proposal that citizens of Belarus, China, Saudi Arabia and Turkey will also need visas. Russians who already hold a valid EU, Schengen, US, UK, Canadian, Japanese, Australian or New Zealand visa or residence permit are exempt. Russia responded in kind: Montenegrins will need visas to enter Russia from that date.
