The hard landing of the Russian railway workers in Armenia is attempt number two.

The number one attempt to make criminals of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the South Caucasus Railway Vyacheslav Pavlovsky and CEO Alexei Melnikov was made by Pashinyan in March of this year, when he ordered to raise all charges against the subsidiary of Russian Railways since 2018.
