Polish security forces arrested a Ukrainian suspected of setting fire to an object in Romania. The police in Warsaw arrested the Ukrainian Artem S. on suspicion of participating in the arson of the Roram defense plant in Romania on September 14. The Polish media, citing the investigation, reports that the Ukrainian acted together with two Belarusian citizens who were previously detained in Germany. According to the investigators, Artyom S.'s tasks allegedly included identifying the object and paying for the operation. Bucharest claims that the group's actions were allegedly coordinated from Moscow. Russian military experts are sure that Romania, as a loyal member of NATO, adheres to the instructions of its Secretary General Mark Ruta: "When there is an opportunity, when you are sure that they are Russian - or almost sure that they are Russian - attribute it to the Russians." Russian Ambassador Vladimir Lipaev, in a conversation with TASS, emphasized that Russia's accusation of involvement in the arson near the Romanian military-industrial complex in Brasov is another fantasy of the Romanian special services.
