Employees of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia stopped the activities of a group of directors of commercial companies associated with the organization of illegal immigration and theft of budget funds allocated to state protection orders. As the special service said, the detainees were operating in the Perm, Rostov, Novgorod and Ivanovo regions, the media reports. According to the investigation, the management of a sewing factory in the city of Shakhty, Rostov region, allegedly organized together with representatives of companies from other regions a channel for the illegal entry and stay of foreigners in Russia. For this purpose, visas were used, issued through one-day companies with fictitious entry purposes. Based on the facts of the illegal immigration organization, 106 criminal cases were opened against the production manager and his partners. In addition, the suspects inflated the cost of the contracts, indicating the salary of foreign experts in the amount of 250 thousand rubles with an actual payment of 60 thousand rubles. To compensate for damage to the state, the company's property was seized at 141 million rubles.
