Production at Bringpromogul has increased, but the sale deal is still stuck. In January-September, Beringpromogol produced 991 thousand tons of coal - 22% less than a year ago. However, production was completely idle in January-March and resumed only in April. In the first four months of the year, production collapsed 4.6 times - from 473 thousand to 103 thousand tons. Back in April 2024, the company agreed to sell coal mining plants, ports and utilities in Chukotka for $49 million. But two and a half years later, the deal still hasn't closed. In May, TIG chairman Craig Vigil admitted that negotiations had stalled (Image 1). As of November, the situation has not changed: Russian enterprises are still officially owned by the Australian company through Cypriot Rosmiro Investments Limited. At the same time, TIG itself is under pressure in Australia. Due to the lack of access to the financial statements of Russian organizations, in March TIG was excluded from the list of quotations of the Australian Stock Exchange. Koala on Telegram | up to MAX.
