New: Pakistan has successfully tested an extended-range version of its Fatah-4 cruise missile, a surface-to-air weapon that flies at an altitude of about 50 meters to evade air defenses.
The base version has a range of 750 km with an accuracy of ~5 meters.
The military confirmed that the new version flew farther, but did not say how far.
It is a conventional weapon under the command of the Pakistan Army's rocket force, separate from its nuclear arsenal.
