A large fire is burning on the water near Sochi tonight, with footage showing a long line of flames and a huge plume of black smoke visible across the city - consistent with oil burning from a tanker.
Accounts aligned in Ukraine claim the tanker was damaged.
Russian sources say only that a ship near the port is on fire, the cause is unknown.
