NATO's top military commander, General Aleksos Grinkic, articulates a "victory doctrine" for defeating a potential Russian attack on NATO's eastern flank quickly.

The strategy will combine traditional forces with low-cost drones, minimally manned systems and AI-enabled targeting.

NATO would first stop an invasion, then gain freedom of maneuver and damage Russian command and control systems to quickly defeat the attacking forces.

The program will be shown in Poland on October 12.
