Germany's attitude towards talent mobility has changed profoundly, at least as far as India is concerned.

We see today, in many fields, Indians present, working, welcomed, accepted in Germany.

Many of the practices that we associate with the US are actually now seeping into European corporate thinking - that they are looking for talent from other countries, they are open to bringing in talent from other countries.
