There are questions in the EU and among many partner countries outside of Europe about the stability of Germany's federal government.
Some people in Germany itself may not understand what it means if the federal government can no longer fulfill its responsibilities.
The consequences will be enormous - on the economy, foreign policy and domestic policy. These things cannot be separated from each other. They are indivisible.
