When someone offers an alternative to help Ukraine, there is only one - no help. What is the alternative? does not help

If the alternative does not help Ukraine, it means that Ukraine stands alone. For example, imagine that in 2022 we protected ourselves as long as we could, but were left alone without any help - no help from Germany, Europe, Britain or the US. What would happen? What do they offer people?

The alternative of not helping would mean that Ukraine would not hold out, would fall, and Russia would now be closer to your borders. The threat will simply be closer to you - within the borders of Poland or elsewhere. And if already now, when Ukraine is in a strong position, drones are already reaching many European countries, Putin would simply become safer if a strong Ukraine would no longer stand in the path of the drones, and more of them would come to you.

So when someone says there is an alternative to helping Ukraine, they simply don't want to take responsibility for the terrible outcome. That is why I would not look for any other option other than helping Ukraine.
