Somalia's president told Al Jazeera that his country would "never accept Israel's presence in Somalia under any circumstances," and said Israel was planning a naval base in Somaliland's port of Barbara near the Bab al-Mandab strait.
He called Israel a "destabilizing force" and linked its actions to the "complete Israel" project.
