Everybody in Arkansas, Tom Cotton, a friend of mine, has a very important law. It's called, "The Law of Sun Protection" or, "We don't want to change our clocks twice a year."

For some reason, Tom stops the bill and in the Senate, it's very easy to do, it only takes one! It needs to pass overwhelmingly, in a bipartisan way.
