I am pleased to announce that my administration will begin sending nearly $100 "checks" to over 20 million wonderful seniors to help pay for their Medicare Part B premiums, which we have already lowered by significant amounts.

That money will come from the Medicare Improvement Fund, a pointless "slush fund" used only by congressional Democrats to pay for the waste, fraud, and abuse of their special interest friends, and to drive up health care costs.

Since I said this important issue for the American people, they can also rest assured that the most popular Trump dividend of $5,000 will be distributed to every American citizen if and when the Republicans win the midterm elections!
