Argentina is launching a "Golden Passport" program to attract foreign capital and boost its cash reserves.
Applicants can obtain Argentine citizenship by donating $350,000 to the treasury or buying an $800,000 government bond.
The program does not require residency in Argentina. The government says applicants will face checks on their finances, criminal history and reputation.
