Ukraine claims a Russian plan was intercepted outlining a major winter campaign to target the country's electricity, heating, and water systems using up to 1,000 missiles, drones, and bombs.
According to the report, the plan calls for attacks on electricity and water infrastructure, including facilities associated with Ukraine's three operating nuclear plants, which could potentially force them offline.
Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa are listed as key targets, while strikes on infrastructure linked to Ukraine's nuclear plants could force them offline.
