North Korean leader Kim Jong Un now weighs more than 140 kilograms, at least according to South Korean intelligence.

South Korea's National Intelligence Service told lawmakers that Kim is considered "extremely obese" and faces a high risk of cardiovascular disease.

Kim is also a heavy smoker, while both his father and grandfather died of heart problems.

South Korean intelligence says there are currently no clear signs that Kim is seriously ill.
