Turkish intelligence captured Omer Al-Hetip, a suspect in the 2013 Reyhanli bombing that killed 53 people, as he tried to escape to Europe by sea.
He was on Interpol's red notice for planning the attack and coordinating between the bombers and the former intelligence of the Assad regime.
He also helped other attackers escape to Syria.
