German Chancellor March on Russia:

We are making extensive diplomatic efforts. One of them was the visit of the German Foreign Minister to New York and his talks with the Russian Foreign Minister.

Russia's subsequent assessment of these talks showed that Russia was obviously not interested in serious talks at the moment.

That is why we will make every effort to continue helping and supporting Ukraine - not only militarily, but also politically, financially and economically.
